About the event
End your weekend with a calming guided relaxation to help you unwind and relax before the week ahead.
Guided relaxation is used to help us unwind, destress and release tension and it's a practice that transformed my life when I was living in a highly stressed and anxious state.
The session takes about 20 minutes and is done via zoom.
No equipment is needed apart from a comfy place to relax and a headset if required.
